How we handle information on eapltechnologies.com.
This policy describes how Evolved Axis (P) Ltd., trading as EAPL Technologies (“EAPL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), handles information received through eapltechnologies.com (“the website”). It is written in plain English because the people who visit this site deserve to understand it without consulting a lawyer. Our registered office is at 412–413, First Floor, Opp. Metro Pillar 793, K.H.C., Dwarka Mor, New Delhi – 110059. Our Corporate Identification Number is U93000DL2010PTC209140.
What we collect
The website does not run advertising, does not build visitor profiles, and does not sell or rent data to anyone. The information we receive is limited to:
- Correspondence you choose to send us. If you email coordinator@, pre-sales1@, info@, or any other EAPL address, we receive whatever you write, and we reply. Your email address, your organisation, and the content of your message are held for that purpose.
- Aggregate, cookieless analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how pages are found and read. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not collect personal data. No visitor is identified, profiled, or followed across sites.
- Routine server logs. Our host retains technical logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — for security and troubleshooting. Logs are retained no longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.
We do not solicit sensitive personal data — financial information, health records, biometric data, passwords, or anything of comparable sensitivity — through this website. If you submit such information in correspondence, you do so at your own discretion.
How we use it
Information received by email is used to respond to your enquiry, maintain the working record of our correspondence, and coordinate any resulting project, tender, or site survey. Analytics are used to understand which pages are worth writing more of. Logs are used to detect and defend against abuse.
We do not use any of this information for marketing campaigns, automated profiling, behavioural targeting, or any purpose other than the one for which you provided it.
How we share it
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties, except:
- Where required by law, or in response to a lawful request from a government, regulatory, or judicial authority
- Where strictly necessary to deliver a project you have contracted us for — for example, sharing a point-of-contact with an authorised installation engineer or OEM service partner
- Where necessary to protect the legitimate interests, safety, or legal rights of EAPL, our clients, or the public
Security
EAPL holds ISO 27001:2022 certification for information security management — the standard expressly recognised under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as evidence of reasonable security practices. We maintain encryption in transit, access controls, and regular internal review.
No system, however, is absolutely secure. We do not warrant or guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur, and — to the maximum extent permitted by law — we disclaim liability for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to unlawful third-party intrusion, force majeure, or user-side compromise.
Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as is necessary for the business relationship, or for any legal, regulatory, tax, or audit requirement that applies — typically up to seven years from last contact, longer where statute specifically requires. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be linked to individuals. Server logs are rotated within ninety days.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure, subject to legal, contractual, and audit retention requirements
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance by writing to info@eapltechnologies.com.
Requests are actioned within the timelines the law requires.
Children
This website is addressed to institutional decision-makers. It is not directed at persons under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where we become aware that such data has been received, it is deleted.
Third-party links
This website links to external sites — government portals, client institutions, OEM manufacturers, standards bodies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of those external sites, and their presence on this website does not constitute an endorsement. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practice, our services, or in applicable law. The “Effective” date at the foot of this page reflects the most recent revision. Where changes are material and affect an ongoing relationship, we will notify the parties concerned by email.
