Three different kinds of conversation have three different channels, and the rest of this page is organised around that. For any new enquiry, the Head Office coordination team is the single point of entry — by email or by phone. For a bespoke spec framework drafted under independent CTS-D and CTS-I supervision, the route is pre-sales. For anything on an existing installation that has not been addressed the way it should be, the escalation chain is published at the end of this page.
